• Hyperactivity

Sleep needs by age:

  • Under 4 months: up to 18–20 hours/day

  • 4–6 months: 16–18 hours

  • Adolescents: still 14–16 hours

What helps?

• Scheduled naps throughout the day.

• Quiet rest spaces that allow your puppy to rest until their own clock wakes them up.

• Predictable daily rhythms
